One-day workshop dates for 2019

 Come Join Us At One Of Our One-day Yearbook Workshops! 

John Cutsinger is back as the featured speaker along with all of his energy and ideas. John has a way of making you and your staff WANT to do a great job! See the schedule below to see what we will be doing at the workshop! There is something for everyone plus each staff attending will have an individual planning/art session with one of the Jostens’ artists from Topeka. 

 Dates and Locations: 

Tuesday, August 27th at Farmington High School’s Performing Arts Center 

Wednesday, August 28th at Alma High School’s Performing Arts Center 

Thursday, August 29th at Russellville High School’s Center for the Arts 

 Cost and Information: 

Advisers are FREE and students are $15 each. 

Registration is from 8:15 to 8:50 and we will start promptly at 9:00. 

We will have a mid-morning snack and be finished by 1:00 p.m. so you can have lunch on your own. 

I will send you an invoice after the workshop so don’t worry about paying now.

JOHN CUTSINGER is a freelance consultant after 16 years in the classroom as a yearbook, newspaper and magazine adviser and 29 years as a Jostens educational and creative 

manager. He was just honored with a JEA Lifetime Achievement Award. A JEA Certified Journalism Educator, John takes great pride in his CSPAA Gold Key, NSPA Pioneer, JEA Medal of Merit and Friend of Scholastic 

Journalism, SIPA Distinguished Adviser Award, and Dow Jones Newspaper Fund 

Journalism Teacher of the Year. “It is a

amazing that my entire life has revolved around capturing and preserving memories that last a lifetime for millions,” he said.
